Riverside Apartments — Local services in Camanche

It is a really decent place to live for the most part. Lived at Riverside Apartments for almost 3 years. I moved out recently. I did have a bit of an issue with a person that lived behind me, but nothing bizarre. They show you very clean and updated apartments. They are constantly remodeling apartments the complex is looking really nice! The maintenance men are always working very hard and they do quality work. They also have some playground equipment for children over by the townhomes. They also have 2 laundry mats which makes it nice. Tammie the apartment manager is very good and will try to work with you to accommodate your needs. I don't live here, but wife does because of circumstances. Management is great, but their choice of tenants aren't the best. I Apparently had tenants complain about me for lighting fireworks (bottle rockets). And I wasn't doing them during odd hours. Or aggressively, I was just having fun with my kids. But apparently, tenants didn't like that. So they complained enough to the management. again, managment is very good. But they made management add a rule to no longer allow fireworks. And the tenants filmed me lighting the fireworks with were small...

Lived here for almost 2 years and management was always prompt and friendly when needed. Nothing but praise for how the place is ran! Unfortunately one of the add-on rooms in my 2br had consistent mold problems that nothing was done about besides surface level cleaning when we asked.
