Just to be clear, this place is under new management as of recently. This review does not reflect my many previous experiences with this place of business, which were all 5 stars.

I arrived at 8:30 on Saturday, June 29, 2024, with a set of customer supplied new tires. It's hard to compete with online rebates and whatnot. I've done this before with the previous owner of this shop and never an issue.

I was quoted $100 for installation of new tires and disposal of old tires. It's not a great price by any means, but not unrealistic, I suppose. This install was on a 2021 Toyota Sienna with 17-inch tires. Nothing special. Nothing oversized, not low profile or unique by any means.

I was provided a seat in the waiting area, which had an air conditioner and a bathroom. Decent space.

Here's where it took a turn.

As the work was complete, the shop manager came in to inform me I'm ready to go. He signals to the desk worker that my total is $120 because of the disposal of old tires. Be mindful that this same man had just quoted me $100 just 45 minutes beforehand.

I didn't argue. Seems nothing good comes from escalating things in that setting. Simply paid and was on my way.

The quality of work seems average. One center cap is installed incorrectly and isn't seated flush on the rim like it's supposed to. The speed at which they worked was great. Full set replaced in about an hour. However, the bait and switch on pricing isn't something I can ever get on board with.

This is the first ever Google review I've left for any business ever... but I feel people deserve to be in the know of the vastly different experience from the previous ownership to...

I will never be back here, this place was much better with the previous owners. Took my lowered car there to have new tires put on that I purchased elsewhere. I asked them beforehand if they would even do it because some places won't. She assured me they could and said it was $15 per tire plus tire disposal. I agreed and it took nearly 2 hours. I was then charged $25 per tire because the guy had "such a hard time" getting them on. My rims are dirty as hell, they left a cap off one of my valve stems, and I now have a terrible vibration, steering wheel shakes terribly above 50mph. Will be going elsewhere to have this fixed and will never be back. She informed me before I paid that they legally shouldn't even have touched my car. Should have told me...

I was referred here by my mother, so I won't say that everyone will agree with my review. Still, I give it a zero. Not only was the tire they put on my car dry rotted, but the guy who changed it was very unprofessional. He gave me the creeps, hitting on me the whole time, even after I made it clear that I was married. I called the owner bc creepy guy would not give us a different tire nor refund my money, accusing me of lying and hollering he would never put a tire in that condition on a car. The owner brushed the unprofessionalizm of his employee off, stating he was just a " Good Ole country boy". Nothing was resolved, and I had to go somewhere else and buy a whole...
