Wayne was my “knight in a shiny tow truck “ last night. The 1st Company AAA sent couldn’t get the job done. After that they sent Wayne from Tuscan Pro Towing and saved the day. It was late and we had a two hour trip home yet when our car wouldn’t start. Wayne got us loaded up quickly, was courteous, and we had a comfortable ride home. The car was safe on the ramp/trailer too. It was a good thing because unfortunately 3 big bucks ran out in front of us on our way home and we clipped one and rolled it. Thankfully no harm done to us in that big tow truck. However, even being late a night, the Big BossMan from Tuscan Pro Towing had to come out to help get the bumper back in place so we could still drive the truck, and we were back on our way. We were stranded on Christmas day with metal debris from the road embedded in my tire. Nothing was open. Communication with TPRO was exceptional. The driver had knowledge of the area and helped tremendously with the decision of repair facility and a reputable hotel. He also provided transportation to the hotel, which I know he did not have to accommodate. The town was a rural area, and no public transportation was available. It was an awful situation that could have ended up horribly but TPRO driver saved us. I will keep their card since I travel this route often visiting my daughter 2 hours away. Insurance had grandsons vehicle towed after accident, right rear quarter panel smashed into right rear wheel locking it up, Wayne and his partner did an outstanding job removing the vehicle, had to use dolly's to remove vehicle, tried to get from alley but not enough room to turn and get out, a lot of wrecker drivers are either to inexperienced or lazy to go to that much trouble, I was a police officer for 25+ years and have seen this repeatedly, another big thanks to Wayne and his colleague for getting the job done, now the insurance can get on with my...
