They have changed a lot since before Covid-19 and now during. I do not us them a lot, just when I need a rotate and balance or a used/new tire/s. Now they offer alignments, break jobs, several, several other services now. They are almost a once stop shop. They have several new office people, very nice, helpful, and intelligent. Just remember people, don't just leave a 1 star review without a good reason and at least explain it. Also give them a chance to fix your issue whether it is mechanical or customer service. For instant, I had them align my car, drove home and still it was pulling. The next day I took it back to them with an alignment sheet from another company showing it is off. I explained it is off, here is the paperwork, they were still professional and they took the time to explain what had happen and what is going on with my car as it was more serious than I thought it was(my fault for not paying more attention, not their fault). This has always been my favorite place for tires because of the great prices and customer service. Now this will be my first choice on any mechanical work for the same reasons, can't beat their price and amazing customer service. Just remember if anyone has an issue or bad experience, just speak with them and give them a chance to fix it. They are All stand up people and you can take it all to the bank. Perfect car shop... If I could rate a 0 I would. My mistake for hoping these guys could actually do simple things. Literally had to tell the mechanic that certain parts existed. Took my truck here to get normal tires shocks an shock brackets done. The model I have has bolted brackets not welded. First they told me they could do everything without a doubt in 2 days I said great. Then the mechanic tried to tell me that the part I needed for the brackets didn't exist. I showed him the parts I was ready to order if they couldn't do it. Guy called me 4x trying to argue with me saying that advanced an AutoZone didn't have them when I had them literally ordered in (the shock brackets WITH SHOCKS) so I asked several times if they could do this or not an every time they said yes. Well day 4 rolls around I call an they say nope we haven't ordered the part an processed to lie to me about my tired being illigal when I literally go cleared by a deputy that they were in legal limit.They had a higher weight limit. So 9 days later I call to ask if my shit is done after being polite an understanding about this whole thing because they can't hire anyone with sense mechanics wise. I called in asking if my truck that needed 4 hrs TOPS of work done, and it was not so I went and picked it up. After being lied to an plenty of time wasted. On top of that a couple months back my sister took her car in for just a simple tire change all around. Both front tires lugs were hand spinning LOOSE. These lugs WEREN'T...

Absolutely wonderful people who genuinely care about helping their customers out as best as possible. We were heading home on a trip and had multiple tires blow on our travel trailer.... While stranded on the side of the road, we called Mast Tire and found out they offered roadside assistance and had our tires in stock. Within 45 minutes their roadside service showed up and helped get us squared away so we could get going again. We enjoyed their prompt and superior service so much, we decided to drive to their shop before returning home to replace the remaining tires just for the peace of mind.
