GHETTO AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I have been here twice and I will never give this business my money again. I thought the first time may have just been a bad day for everyone but no, both experiences were horrible. Even if you come washed as they ask you to before booking online, they want to wash your hair again to make more money in the end that was already paid as the deposit while booking. The cursing in this salon by the owner Free and the stylists is pathetic and unprofessional. The salon has a horrible vibe and bad energy. They barely speak and greet people when they come in and just sit and stare. The atmosphere is awkward. I don’t understand.. if women are giving you their business.. why have a nasty attitude for no reason, especially if you are doing someones hair. Had a wonderful experience I went in for a wash cut a blow dry my hair and scalp were extremely dry and flaky. The atmosphere was calming and pleasant . I came out feeling like a new woman. My stylist Fee was very nice and knowledgeable and she treated my hair with respect and care. I am excited to go back for my next appointment and continue my journey to healthy hair.
