The grounds were great,but none of the buildings were open. I would have loved to see the homes and buildings. I would have loved to hear some of the history. We spent about an hour looking at the grounds., some of the windows were covered so we could not see what the smaller buildings would have looked like back in the day. It would have been nice to have a few employees there to let you know how to be able to see some of...

Nice recreation of the Kershaw 🏠 house in the middle of a cool historical village. Great tour guide who you can tell LOVES his job and very proud of the work that's been done here. Definitely takes time to go through everything with him so excuse yourself if you don't have 60-90 mins. Very informative and interesting.

A well done Revolutionary War museum with restored buildings. The historical significance of this area to South Carolinians is inspiring. We were toured by one of the staff and learned what the early colonists had endured. Highly recommend a visit!
