Not fair maybe that I am rating you on today’s visit only, which I was extremely disappointed in. Most all my visits in the past have been pleasant with a good outcome but I purchased three sets of wireless earbuds, one for myself two as Xmas presents. I opened mine and every time I use them my ears actually hurt, to large for my ears and are $50 painful. I decided to return the “other” two and was told that I could only return when a manager was on site because your employee was not authorize to make the transaction and that she would be written up if she did this for me. The other coworker supported her coworker and said she has been written up for making a refund on ear buds. My packages were unopened. Now I have to call and to make sure a manager is on site before I return to the store for my second trip to get my refund. Please explain to me “why” your company can’t train your non-management employees to refund an accessory that was returned unopened and within the time frame allowed with the receipt. Not like they have been used and are nasty. It’s simply business that should be a simple customer satisfaction issue. I suggest that you have a manager, on site, during all open working hours or train your employees and give them a bit of freedom to do their job OR reimburse me my gas, time and now refund all three sets, even the used painful ones. This is a corporate-management problem that should be re-evaluated. All I learned from this experience is never to buy accessories...
   Read moreI would not recommend this store to anyone. I went in to see if they could fix my sons phone and they talked me in to upgrading. They lied about everything they told me. I now have a $400 bill for kids cell phones. I have tried to return the phones only to be told they will charge me $200 to return them. NEVER Do business with this store. Everything they told me was a lie. They switched my phone plan to"unlimited" only I have now found out Verizon doesn't have unlimited. The will say anything to sell you a phone even if it means lying. Beware if you use this store. Take the time to drive to a real Verizon store where they have integrity and not use this...

Lisa ordered my phone and promptly called when it arrived. Once I arrived at the store she greeted me kindly, I started looking at merchandise while she finished with a customer, I also did a survey for her during this time for the smallest earbuds I've ever seen. All in all my experience lasted 30mins, all questions answered and explained. I felt confident in my purchase and also purchased some extra goodies as well due to the great customer service I received...
