Appalling. I actually ordered furniture from Ashley Home Store in April and didn’t find out until later that based on my location, furniture comes from this distribution center—or it was supposed to. I had to deal with a woman named Jamie. I got plenty of excuses from her from short staffing to simply “forgetting” to get the delivery of my furniture scheduled. It took multiple emails, several calls, and then the cherry on top of saying she had to charge me an EXTRA $150 to get my furniture delivered unless I wanted to wait another two months for a back ordered chair to arrive so they could deliver those items together. I paid about $7k for furniture. They, mostly Jamie the delivery coordinator, completely dropped the ball. I attempt to deliver a load to this company 1 1/2 month ago I checked with the receiver 7 am and they told me to wait because they don't have room in the werehouse however other trucks delivered in the time I spent here finally around 3 PM after I insisted they unloading me .today my company send back here with a load that they said it's for tomorrow I checked with receiver and they don't want to unloading me even when brocker called they don't care I'm the only one waiting .this company have a very bad attitude employee starting with the supervisor they don't care about a truck driver...

I delivered to this location. Check in @7 didn’t leave until 330pm. They were the worse to delivered at. Other driver waited at least 2 days to deliver. Stay away from these clowns!!!! They won’t write in and out time for detention either!! Caused me cancel my next load and now stuck here with no load. And I guess it’s some guy Steve had worse...
