Appalling. I actually ordered furniture from Ashley Home Store in April and didn’t find out until later that based on my location, furniture comes from this distribution center—or it was supposed to. I had to deal with a woman named Jamie. I got plenty of excuses from her from short staffing to simply “forgetting” to get the delivery of my furniture scheduled. It took multiple emails, several calls, and then the cherry on top of saying she had to charge me an EXTRA $150 to get my furniture delivered unless I wanted to wait another two months for a back ordered chair to arrive so they could deliver those items together. I paid about $7k for furniture. They, mostly Jamie the delivery coordinator, completely dropped the ball.
