Beware of this place, I'm more than sure they sell nothing but display items. I walked in and shopped and the horrible front desk woman CLAUDIA got the sale. After I asked her about 5 times to make sure I was getting new couch and not the display are reassured me it would be new since they had it in stock, she called me the next day to tell me they did not have it available and kept pushing another sofa on me which upset me because I chose something I liked, not whatever she wanted to give me, I told her I specifically asked for it not to be the display especially given the fact that I didn't low ball or ask for discounts, I paid full price. She stated she would call me back on Wednesdayday to let me know when it would be arriving since she ordered me the new one, comes Thursday she hasn't called so I called to follow up and surprise, got informed my couch would not be available and offered me a 40 dollar discount which sounded ridiculous to me for well basically a used couch. When explaining why I was not ok with the switch she kept talking over me and even hung up the phone, I called back and she had the nerve to say "you are not the first costumer to whom we've had this with and everyone else is ok with it" well I'm sorry but I was not ok with it being that I paid full price for a new couch, not a used one. Rudy and Salvador were cool guys, that woman was a liar, annoying and disgusting, not sure how she can be employed to deal with customers. very bad experience with them... I ordered fUrniture with them and they said it will get in 3 weeks, 2 months later came to ask and cancel that order and they were very rude saying it was already ordered and i should wait because it was coming the day after. I called the day after and they said the truck with the furniture came and forgot to leave my dining table, so i said i was gonna cancel and they had me waiting on the office for over 15 mins to cancel my order, the lady there was rude saying "i already ordered and its in the truck you need to wait" in a rude tone... I finally cancel but i dont think i will come back here, they are soooo nice so you buy, but if a problem comes they are...
