Love, love, love this store! BUT, so disappointed with my experience today. Whatever happened to customer first service. What escalated into a disaster for my friend and I over the confrontational tone of voice in the gal behind the counter resulted in a loss for everyone. My girlfriend innocently picked up an item to show me for approval, when the store girls attitude was just not appropriate. She could have spoken in a kind way of letting us know that next time we only need to remove the tag and not lift the item. An INNOCENT mistake that blew up completely out of control. WHY are people with no customer service in these positions? They lost two big sales today, and I truly wonder if I'll ever go back. Customers should be treated with respect and somewhat catered...

Really disappointed they do not require masks in store. Not a single employee was wearing a mask. Used to really love this store but their lack of covid responsibility is saddening and upsetting. They obviously have taken no health precautions since covid started. It wouldn't be hard to require masks in store. They clearly do not care about the health safety of their customers or employees.
