Dollar General — Local services in Campbellsburg

Since my last review 2 or 3 years ago, this DGS has changed managers. This is now a cluttered, dirty store. You can’t find what you’re looking for most of the time. There are multiple workers but only 2 do their job. Sit down smoke breaks in front of the store are seen in nice weather while inside the store is a mess! ( literally)! I’d love to see a new manager come in and clean this place up and organize...

Why is it every Dollar General is disgusting outside? I mean they can’t be too busy to clean up outside because inside you can’t even navigate a cart 90% of the time because roll cages of products are in the isles. So to sum it up, they’re littering the town of Campbellsburg and the store IS a fire hazard at MANY times. But they never miss a smoke break, and never fail to toss their cigarette butts...

This is my favorite dollar general. The staff is always polite and helpful. The store is clean and usually has what I'm looking for in stock. If not, they always do their best to look for it in the back or suggest an alternative. If that doesn't work, they inform me of the next delivery and when to check back. I've had very few if any bad experiences...
