Nice place to visit but prospective owners should know that only 20% of the population, full time residents, have a say in the spending. As such the taxes and fees of ownership have gone over the moon, making us among the highest, if not the highest taxed municipality in the State of New Hampshire. Part time residents, 80% of us, have no say and...
