Service service service! Martins Furniture blew my mind last Saturday as we arrived at 1pm. I went in the store along with my lovely wife and daughter. We were in search of just a couch. We found a lazy boy couch that we felt would fit our needs and checked off all of the boxes that we were looking for. Joel worked us up a price, and it fit our pricing range. Fast forward we are asking then about a matching loveseat, same color. Joel graciously then wrote up another adjusted price with both items. As I was waiting, I happen to sit in the most comfortable lazy boy recliner, and then suggested that my wife do the same. Fast forward now we are adding 2 lazy boy recliners to our order. With current Covid times I am fearing the worst as far as a timeline for delivery into their warehouse maybe 6-12 months. Joel told me all items were in stock! Now for the mind blowing part. Joel said they would be available to deliver the same day! Neil and his assistant arrived at our home around 6pm to deliver. 5 hours after arrival into their store! Neil and his assistant were very respectful in regards to our new furniture being brought in the home, as well as not damaging our doorways. Neil took care of all of the fine details, even make sure the complimentary pillows were placed correctly and the couch cushions placed with the zippers in the rear. I am a customer for life and will be referring all friends and family looking for furniture, to go visit Martins!...

Martin's Furniture in Canby is the best, excellent quality furniture! Neil & Joel are truly nice, honest people! We were really looking for country/lodge style leather furniture and couldn't find anything in the Beaverton area. I'm so glad we finally found Martin's! Neil always remembered our names on our various visits to the store, which means a lot too. Our bar stools are amazing!! Super high quality life-time stools - they always get compliments when company is over. The sofas & recliner are comfy, real quality leather & EXACTLY the style that I wanted. The coffee and end tables are beautiful solid wood and when we had an issue, Neil was on top of it immediately getting the item taken care of! The folks at Martin's go above and beyond in caring for their customers. Not only do they offer top quality furniture and accessories, they also deliver that personal touch and service that is lacking in so many big box stores today. We purchased a leather living room set as well as two twin mattresses for our kids. All at very competitive prices and all delivered to my door. Their delivery team respectfully removed their shoes prior to entering my home, were extremely thoughtful and careful when moving the furniture into our home and even offered to haul away my old furniture for free.
