POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called to get on the schedule to have a steer butchered back in June 2020. He took my name and phone # and told me the soonest would be sometime in January. I said that would be great and he indicated that I would get a call when to bring in the animal. I just got told today after checking to make sure that I was still on schedule, that they didn't even have me on their schedule. He told me he is booked at least a year out and that he is not required to do anything to get the matter resolved. He was rude on the phone when I asked again to check for my name on the list. Horrible. We had them butcher a moose for us. We asked for all the steaks and roasts possible. We ended up with 5 tenderloin steaks. 5. There should have been 25. When I contacted Shane I was wondering if there was a box we missed. He was an absolute prick. He kept saying “dude, you have all your meat”. I kept asking what happened to the other 1.5 tenderloins. He couldn’t answer. In the end we just got completely screwed. No answers and no more steaks. Wonder who walked away with them…. Go somewhere else, I’d never go back. Sausage was pretty good. We ordered 10 lbs of jerky 40 lbs of german sausage with pork it would equal 80lbs.

When we placed the order we thought we had 50 lbs but we actually had 60lbs. They never contacted us, to let us know that we gave them more than 50 lbs. They never contacted us to let us know they could not make 10 lbs of jerky out of our 60 lbs of deer.

Then they tried to charge us 525$ for 120lbs of ONLY sausage. They are rip offs and don’t deserve...
