Until today, I would have given Embry a pretty good rating for the way the ladies have taken care of me and my (now grown) children. However, when I went there today to pick up my and my daughter's new CPAP supplies and order my new diabetic shoes, they refused to provide service to her and me until my husband's bill is paid in full, even though our finances are completely separate and I have been a loyal, paying customer for 15 years (long before I even met my husband) and brought them a number of other customers. The only consolation is how much that bill the owner was so concerned about is going to cost them in the long run, as my son and extended family have now been notified as to what happened and will be going elsewhere for their medical and welding supplies, too. UPDATE: The bill in question is paid over and above (had been delayed due to their own billing/payment method decisions), but the fact that they chose to deny needed medical supplies to two innocent women instead of dealing directly with the man who owed the bill will always be...

Especially when I’m trying to purchase something with insurance and they’re telling me that I’m lucky that they have it but they won’t sell it to me again if I have to use a different provider at a different time when I ask aren’t they there to make money I still get I’m lucky that they have what I need. Sometimes its no wonder why the big stores win over smaller mom and pop style places when customer service has gone out the window. Would warn anyone before doing business with them.
