Cannon Mall — Local services in Cannon Falls

Mixed bag, It's ok (3 stars) would of given it 4 stars (liked) ...or really should of given it zero/no star review.. Disliked (2 stars)) or honestly hated (one star) this place - which I started to almost always not give any 1 or 2 star(s). Just take a few minutes to check out some of the other not so wonderful reviews. So due to the unfortunate, extremely unfair circumstances from only (just) a couple complaints -or- many/several "complaints" from the same one or two or a handful of folks at Snap Fitness who are paronoid, maybe psychologically or emotionally, cognitively hurt confused about someone (me) who has never intentionally bothered a soul and has almost always minded my own business, unless someone was in need of some help or assistance, or if anyone approached me with a question. Owner of Cannon Mall (who apparently lives elsewhere-No where close to here ..or hear) has never been given clear & forthright/forthcoming information with his decision / his choice when he (Owner of Cannon Mall) did not fully understand the facts and with what he was told, that resulted in me being Trespassed = Not allowed to trespass, not able to step foot on Cannon Mall"s property for one year, or even longer.. another year or as long as he wants if they/he decides to extend the one year 'Trespass Notice/Order" ...even if he has no sound reason or basis for issuing a 'Trespass Notice'... As I was unjustly, and clearly unfairly discriminated against and not allowed to relax, visit, meet with a friend, use common areas of Mall to walk for fitness or take care of business = to relax and sit in areas provided for the public to relax, legally minding my own business exactly like everyone else who are not loitering. Flummoxed & Flabbergasted (I think they mean about the same thing) ..and disturbed, deeply frustrated , etc. because of 1) Not ever, not yet given due process (my day in court, still checking with legal services) and 2) Not at all sure of the true 'basis'.. for me being trespassed for a year. (I realize and fully/completely understand that some had made complaints about me using a public seating area, that made someone? somewhat uncomfortable, uneasy, scared for no apparent or obvious reason. As I've been trying & trying & trying & keep trying to understand & figure this all out. --- So, ANYONE out there that can help me make any sense of this. ** They get suspecting me of some crime I did not do, ... They feel...?? that I violated some law, ..or because they were personally uneasy & uncomfortable in working out at the gym where people see them. Was I being suspicious of doing harm to anyone?--No. Was I breaking some law or golden rule?--Nay/No. Did I hurt someones feelings?---Maybe so. (In some countries/areas in the world you can be imprisoned & I think worse/whipped, for hurting a certain person's feelings). Not exactly sure how I was at all able to hurt the feelings of anyone ..or cause someone to make complaints, the most weak or vulnerable person may get hurt feelings or feel uneasy; but you shouldn't complain if you go out in public, where no crime has occurred and when there is absolutely no expectation of privacy when we are out in public. If you, if ANYONE could Please PLEASE explain to me about this, I WOULD BE APPRECIATE IT GREATLY !! --And-- I'm almost positive YOU WOULD HELP ME, Maybe EVEN OTHERS, To GET MY / OUR LIVE('s) BACK & To HAVE A MUCH HEALTHIER FUTURE. The basis & reason, written on the Trespass Noticed issued by the Cannon Mall owner and served by the CF Police Dept., was "Not allowed at all on Cannon Mall property" _Can someone, anyone tell me if that sounds like 'a basis' for being trespassed''?? ..for one year or two or who knows how long. Stopped in the ACE hardware store for a lamp part. The people who work here are so nice. I wasn't sure what the part was called or where to look. One of the guys took the time to take me to the lamp parts section, nothing of which I liked. He then took me to this box of parts, way in the back, amongst a whole lot of other boxes. I found what I wanted. I could have wandered for hours without his help. Got in and out in under 15 minutes, and my part cost $1.50 with tax. That's what I call...

The antique store was closed, and I couldn't even go into the Snap Fitness, since it was open by appointment only. That wasn't even the worst part. There is a terrible smell inside that mall, which smells like a combination of hand sanitizer and mothballs. The woman at the Chinese food restaurant was nice, which is why I gave this place an extra star. In fact, it's a fluke that there's an indoor shopping mall in this...
