I ordered skis LAST YEAR through their shop via Amazon. I never opened the box I decided to rent a set since we were driving when I came back from my trip I request to return and received a USPS flat rate mailing label to use I took the item to USPS where they informed me they would charge postage at destination after they tried to make me pay and provided me a receipt which I sent to the seller GLO or GREAT LAKES OUTPOST they confirmed that they could track it and told me to please wait for them to receive a refund so they could refund me.. months pass I again reach out nothing their last response “I don’t owe you if the package doesn’t arrive for a return and USPS says the package arrived” that’s why you pay proper postage with insurance I contacted my bank and received a refund and you tried to dispute it!!!
