MAY 2024-SHE DID IT AGAIN! THEY LOVED THEIR MOTHER'S DAY FLOWERS!! THANK YOU!...We live in AZ and use this florist to send flowers to my mother-in-law AND sister-in-law in Georgia. AND THEY ARE NEVER DISAPPOINTED!... I WILL NOT USE ANY OTHER FLORIST!🫶🙌🙏👍 UPDATE YES! She said she loved it Amanda THANKYOU SO MUCH For the extra little gift for the trouble. The flowers looked absolutely perfect. She was absolutely in LOVE with it All & said the flowers made the entire house smell beautiful. She was So grateful. Thank you again. Im sure we'll talk again. *END UPDATE.. I have used this florist a couple times Now to send flower arrangements to my mother- in-law & sister-in-law (who mean the WORLD TO US) & Every time, the customer service is SOO professional. The woman, I believe her name is Amanda, is So kind. She takes pride in her business. I had a little problem with This times order, it being a VERY busy valentines day, & at FIRST I was VERY worried & frazzled! BUT she calmed me down, reassured me AND fixed the problem. INSTEAD Of getting angry Or impatient. Now THAT IS How a Boss lady & A REAL professional handles it!...

What a pleasure doing business here! I needed flowers delivered to an out of town friend and wanted to keep my order local to her home. I called "Ballground Florist" and spoke directly to the owner. She was a delight to do business with! She listened to what I was looking for, described flowers that would work (that had just been delivered to her!) and within a very short amount of time, received notice that the arrangement had been delivered. I would not have had this high level of service or attention to detail had I used a big corporate shop (like 800-flowers...) and selected an arrangement from a picture on their website. Ms Amanda and her team were life savers! A month before my wedding my mother and I realized doing the wedding party flowers diy was wayy too much work than we had time for. We were frantically trying to find a florist to take us and luckily Ball Ground Florist squeezed us in!! Amanda immediately answered my text after talking to my mom and got my pinterest vision as well as what i liked or didnt like. She was so communicative and answered any question I had!! The flowers were everything I ever wanted and was definitely one of my favorite parts of the day! I cant thank Amanda enough for her hard work because the flowers just turned out gorgeous!!!
