Wow this place doesnât seem to care about how long someone should stand in line. I was in there this evening. Line went into the isles when I walked in. I thought maybe someone was on break and would open another lane. So did my shopping, which took about 20 minutes. Then went to check out and the one line was even longer then when I walked in. So unfortunately I decided to walk out. Then went to hi v. In and out no time at all. This place needs more checkers in the evening. But there to worried about making as much money as possible. Rather then focous on great Customer service. Kroger you need to wake up and realize, without customers you bottom line...

I called to make sure they were before I drove to Canton to get them. I was told by a person (not naming names) that they werenât getting theirs this week so I asked when they might expect to get them. I was told âIâm not giving that information out because I donât want to hold any for anyoneâ I then informed her that I didnât ask for that reason I just wanted to know so I didnât drive up needlessly.....gas is not cheap.    Read moreI have nothing against the employees only the management of this store. They are Severely understaffed and when they get a rush the line at the checkout is absolutely ridiculous! You want to go to the service desk be expecting an hour plus wait for someone to actually show up there. there will be employees actually coming into the office and looking at you and just walking right out. Manager specials used to be good almost 50% off now you are buying stuff that literally is passed its expiration date with a manager special at 20% off. Go ahead and Google how...
