hands down the best gym I ever went to in all my years of cheer/tumbling. BB has always hired the best of the best coaches who love the kids and believe in the kids more than anyone. So much respect for BB, it’s rare you find the owner of a business who is as active as she is. she loves her kids so much! my time at stepz was some of my best memories. Coach BB has worked so hard to build this place into another home for her kids, for it to be their safe place, their place to go to and clear their heads and make them better athletes AND better people. she has achieved so much and is still the most humble, loving person i’ve ever met. Stepz will teach your kids more than just being a good athlete. I’m one of her “retired athletes” and every time I see her, I still feel as loved as I did when I was on that mat every week at her gym. the bonds you make with the coaches and teammates stay with you forever. This child did not deserve the unjust treatment she received. A professional coach would have contacted the parent asked question/inquired. Not listening to rumors and ban a child from a gym (in which still has not formally informed said child) “were so done” in a text is not professional way to ban a child from a gym. This child missed a practice to attend another sporting (softball)event. Was informed by another coach she could not perform at upcoming competition. The child agreed and even wanted to go support her teammates.

Then allow a teammate/parent to send out messages to try to recruit other teammates to go to another gym. Yet this teammate is still allowed to perform in competitions and a Memeber if the gym. How is this professional? Advocate for...

My child attended another gym before this one for 2 yrs. She didn't even know how to master a cartwheel. We love this gym and will have all of our girls go here. They are so positive with the kids and encourage them to better themselves. This isn't a participation trophy type of place. These boys and girls learn how to earn their success as you should, to better yourself for the future.
