We had Russels come out and kill a cow...about 1000 lbs.......take it to John Day to butcher and wrap. 2 weeks later they called and said it was ready for pickup. I got 8 milk crates of meat back....I got absolutely nothing back that I ordered on my cut list.....they said they cut according to my list....I requested all the ribeye steaks that I could get...a big brisket....flank steaks.....sirloins.....I got hamburger, arm roasts, 2 small packs of ribeyes...the rest was roasts that i didnt order. The meat, ALL of this meat is so unbelievably tough you cant chew through it! No matter how you cook it, fry it, grill it, crock pot it, this is the toughest meat ive ever had in my life! Even the hamburger is tough! Ive called and asked for the owner to make contact with me and all Ive gotten is the teen age girls who swear i got the meat I ordered......our ranch will never again...
