LOOK AT THE OTHER 1 STAR REVIEWS . DO NOT TAKE THEIR BUSINESS!!! Klause had an appointment to arrive at my property on a Friday . I had tried to reach out by phone call on multiple occasions that day and even left a voicemail informing him to contact me before arriving onto the property. The property has tenants that must be made aware out of courtesy before anyone showing up and also this makes the technician to perform maintenance efficient . His only response to these calls and voicemails was a text saying he’s driving and can’t talk. I texted him more than once afterwards to tell him to give me a call before showing up . Klause never showed up or even called or texted me the homeowner with a rescheduled appointment. It’s not until early Saturday morning he calls me with a very disrespectful tone , throwing a fit demanding I give him access codes for a lock box to enter the property because “ I’ve done this for 40 years I’m a big boy” while going on about how early it is and threatened to cancel because he was 15 minutes away . I had to try to deescalate this “big boy” and try to tell this guy over and over again he does not need any code for the property because tenants are on the sight he must wait for me to contact them before arriving . He expected someone to jump when he says jump and his ego was bruised when he realized he wasn’t calling the shots and since he didn’t get his way he hung up and texted me that he cancelled. UNPROFESSIONAL!!! His only defense for the other 1 star reviews is he’s been doing this for 40 years, are you kidding me lol .Nobody cares how long you’ve been in business it’s quality not quantity!!! He doesn’t admit his lack of communication skills . He makes it out to be the customers fault for his poor planning methods . If you value your time and home DO NOT TAKE HIS...

Came out to Virginia to visit my PREGNANT sister and her husband. A week prior she had called this company recommended from her warranty company. ONE WEEK later they called back. So Friday I’m here waiting for them to come fix the heater, Michael was very nice and called, let me know when they would be here. Finally, Klaus or whatever his name is started going around the house, and asked if he could go in garage, he then states he’s looking for a ladder, he asked if I could go ask a neighbor for one and I said absolutely not, and asked if he should have a ladder himself, and then complained about us not having one. Then once he was leaving he tried charging us an extra 90$ on top of the 100$ deductible. For access since we didn’t have a ladder.... We laughed and said absolutely not. So he was on hold with the warranty company for bout 20 minutes then started getting rude with him because he didn’t know what he was saying. (Mind you one of the times he walked into the house he left the door wide open when there is three dogs here that could have ran out). He left without giving us a receipt and I just called to get one and the guy hung up on me so DO NOT USE...

These guys are the worst! They told me it would be 2-4 weeks for parts. I thought that was fairly reasonable, as it was the middle of the summer. 2-4 weeks came and went and finally months. When trying to call this company, they simply ignore the call or let it go straight to voicemail. A simple update is all I am looking for. This guy’s business model of ignoring their customers, but finding the time to comment on the constant poor reviews is amusing. I have been in contact with home warranty company, and they have assured me they will be removing them from the authorized vendor list. This is the first review I have ever done on a company and felt it was necessary. We will keep them in our prayers, as well as the unhappy customers they have left behind, since this seems to be the only response this company gives to their...
