Palmetto Palms RV Resort — Local services in Cape Coral

My Mom bought a lot here a few years ago. I stayed the first winter with her. It has become my home away from home. It's close to the beaches, stores and restaurants. There is something to do every day at the park and lots of social activities in the evening. Chair volleyball has become my favorite sport. Something about a beach ball bouncing off a person's head that makes me giggle. They have different card games every day. They have volleyball, tennis and more. There are dances that are so much fun! All the single ladies go to lunch once a week. Casino and concert trips are available. Along with front row seats to Broadway Palms, where the food is delicious and the entertainment is awesome and note worthy. (Thank you Dottie!!) It goes on and on. Most of people are fun and nice. Some are rude and don't not know how to mind their own business but I don't let the few ruin the fun. I have made lifelong friends here that I cherish. I will be back...

As a property I think they have made great progress from a devastating hurricane. It is difficult to compare this park to others without taking into account it is twice the size of Gulf Waters, which is a beautiful park, 33 acres to 65 acres, 318 lots to 685 lots. One of the 2 pools is open, the other soon to follow. The new roof has just been completed on the community building, the tennis court and pickle ball courts are in use daily. Palmetto Palms is a Fantastic little community right on the southern most tip off Ft Meyers FL. Right before you get to the south Bridge-way to Sanibel and Captiva islands.
