I ended up cancelling their service. It started last year, October 2018. They were not mowing our yard (because it wasn't growing), but they were still charging the full amount to check and see if it needed to be mowed. Also, if they missed you one week, they'd come twice the next week (like you need to be mowed on Tuesday and Thursday). I thought I was done them, but they called me in the spring and it was easier to go with it then to find another lawn care provider.
When starting our service again, we went to a bi-weekly service. On the first bill, they billed me weekly. I called and that was fixed. Then in May, with all the rain, I'm 99.9% positive that no one came for 4 weeks [from the 5/10 to 6/4]. Well they charged me for 3 visits, when there were only 2 visits. They claim to have had someone there on 5/21 between 245p-330p, however, it was raining that whole afternoon (check the weather that day). In addition, I get home at 3pm every day and I haven't seen anyone ever. My fiance is also on 3rd shift so they would have woken him up. The grass was longer then our dog is tall.
There are too many lawn services out there to put up with a shady business. If you use Curb Appeal be diligent in recording the lawncare because they will still charge you. However, I kept track of it and they are still trying to charge me for services that were never...
