From the first time I went to the store their customer service blew me away! I arrived before their opening, but the guys in the shop had no problem opening the store early, for me to place my order for a swing. Got my swing 2 weeks later as promised and there was a mistake. They handled it in the best possible way. In order to save me a trip they started building the replacement swing immediately and called me when it was ready. Everyone was so kind when I went back to exchange the swing. I don't like to complain, but they always made me feel like they just wanted me to be happy with my purchase. I couldn't be happier! I bought a 5 foot lumbar swing with an A-frame. They delivered and set it up yesterday. I absolutely love it. It was mainly for my grandson who has autism. He enjoys just being outside in the evenings and now he enjoys it so much more. He was so happy just sitting there swinging. He and I will be spending many happy evenings on our new swing. I can NOT say enough good things about Bare Wood Furniture Center! They did an amazing job on our new dining room table, chairs and bench. They really hit it out the park! Love them and their work.
