Carlisle Auto Body earns rave reviews in my book. In the course of taking our 3 cars (2 Volvos and a Honda) to them for servicing, breakdowns, etc., we have always been extremely satisfied in all respects.

It's apparent that Billy, Dean and their colleagues are exceptionally knowledgeable "car guys." While that's certainly a critical attribute, what I like about their service goes well beyond their expertise on a wide variety of car and truck models.

For starters, Sharon is a very friendly and competent manager who goes out of her way to make callers and visitors feel welcome. In addition to the firm's welcoming attitude, I have been very impressed with their responsiveness, integrity, clear communication and value-oriented pricing.

From the moment you first work with Carlisle Auto Body, it's obvious that they're looking to establish trust and a long-term relationship. For me, knowing that I can rely on their expertise and trusting that they will treat me promptly, courteously and fairly gives me a comfort level which is priceless.

We had the absolute worst experience with this mechanic. They booked our car and were clear with the fixes we wanted to be done, and in the end we ended up with a huge bill because the mechanic decided to “fix” other things without consulting us first. If that’s not bad enough, our car has the engine light on after the service - a very slimy service that left us with more problems and didn’t resolve or even diagnose the bent driveshaft issue that brought us there in the first place. To make it even worse, they left the radiator fan unplugged which we only noticed months later when bringing to another mechanic who promptly diagnosed the bent driveshaft. I have unfortunately had to have body work done on multiple occasions with different vehicles over the past 10+ years. Fortunately, I know just the place to go, and it is Carlisle Auto body. I have had nothing but positive experiences with them every time. They are courteous and professional and do high quality work. They work with the insurance companies directly, when needed, and make the whole process as seamless as possible.
