Big waste of time. Employees here I'm sure get paid by the hour, drivers do not. There doesn't seem to be any respect for a drivers time. When the loader is done, they should put the packing slip in the trailer at that time. Instead we have to give the security gate guard an envelope that we drivers believe is our Bill of Lading, and a cable seal. The 3rd copy of the BOL is a packing slip the guard has to put in the back of the trailer and then take the seal from us and put it on. Geez, we baby drivers are incapable?? I wasn't happy with the poor communication. And the BOL isn't even a true BOL, states it in fact on the paperwork...Do Not Present for Payment..okay??? We are not allowed on the dock, load locks provided, they did not use them, and they loaded pallets against them to where I couldn't get them out to use them. No piece count, no pallet count and no gross weight listed on paperwork. Entryway for drivers to check in was grossly filthy, dirt, spiderwebs, debris, nasty dirty rags laying on the floor. So I wasted over 3 hours for a load that took barely 3 hours to deliver. We are humans, deserve to be treated as such. Instead we are treated like immature creatures undeserving of a clean facility and friendly service.

Whelp, time has passed and no changes oops yes the weights are now listed. Guard at Guard shack is still unfriendly to the effect of rudeness. Entryway still filthy, handrail is coated in black gummy like substance. Communication still poor. They act like you're committing murder when you...

This place sucks got here at 2:22 in the afternoon still in the door at 7 PM went in and asked how much longer he said minimum another two hours. They’re not worried about it because he said I could sleep on their property. Oh yeah, that’s great no bathrooms! They don’t even really deserve the one star that I gave them, but Google doesn’t allow zero stars. I don’t run into places like this very often, but when I do, it really irritates me how they don’t have any regard for a drivers time and needing to get the load delivered thanks to this place. The load delivery is going to have to be rescheduled for two days later then it was supposed to be.

And the guy inside the office is a lier at 7pm he told me it was going to be another 2 hours and now here it is 11pm and still not finished being loaded, not to mention the fact that he was very rude and just pretty much said he didn’t care and then says do you know mad drivers I talk to on a basis, I said oh yes believe me I know and fully understand why they are upset!

Update: I just took my dog out potty and I noticed the here says bathrooms are at door E so I guess the one star...

As a truck driver, my experience with this location on 03/24/2025 was very disappointing. I had an appointment at 19:45 and checked in at 18:00. Unfortunately, the security personnel I encountered was neither friendly nor professional. He claimed my appointment was for the next day at 7:45 a.m. and instructed me to leave and return.

I complied and reached out to my broker, who quickly sent me a screenshot confirming my 19:45 appointment. I returned to the facility with the broker on the phone to clarify the situation. However, the security guard became aggressive, stating, "I don’t care what you have to say," and ignored the broker's input. He insisted I leave immediately and pointedly refused to let me into the gate, directing me to back out onto the street, which posed a significant safety risk.

This experience was incredibly frustrating, and I worry for the safety of less experienced drivers in similar situations. I hope the management addresses these issues, as professionalism and safety should always...

Yep, wouldn't care to go back. Got a door and red lighted as soon as I got there. I get stuck in the door due to snow and ice. Dock worker says I need to be over a couple more inches to get loaded. I can't get out. I tell him to go get someone to pull me out (cuz there are trucks out here plowing the lot. He tells me that he's just a simple employee and can't get that for me, if I need moved I can go get a tow truck or use their salt and sand to get myself out. I chose the latter, but I should have to. This lot should of been plowed and salted before I got here at 630 am when it's been snowing since midnight. Lock your air line up, they'll give you a key to unlock it when you go back inside on the green to get your paperwork. Do not seal up, guard shack will handle that.

This place really needs to come up with a better system of assigning drivers a door. Currently they leave it all up to the drivers to basically figure it out. They hand you a piece of paper with a trailer number written on it and tell you to back into a door once that trailer leaves. Well when everyone has been sitting and waiting for several hours, a lot of guys end up falling asleep which screws up the entire system they have in place. So then you gotta start knocking on people's doors and hope they wake up and hope they speak English. It's a nightmare that doesn't need to exist. Why not just get the drivers cell number and call them when it's their turn? Its the year 2025. Phones exist.

This place is terrible. Twice Ive been here. YOU WILL SIT HALF THE NIGHT. I showed up at 19:00 for a 21:00 appt and was told no one would be able to touch my truck till well after midnite. As of 23:15, every single truck that was docked when I arrived is still docked. DON'T BELIEVE ANY POSITIVE REVIEWS, THEY'RE PROBABLY PAID REVIEWS. IF AT ALL POSSIBLE, DO NOT TAKE A LOAD FROM HERE. THEY NEED A SERIOUS LESSON ABOUT RESPECTING DRIVER'S TIME
