I LOVE Dr. Amber Guy. I have high anxiety and she makes me feel like my heath is important. I don't feel overwhelmed at all and all the nurses are amazing. I love them all but our favorite is Breanna Moore. My son has behavior problems and Amber & Breanna are always patience and understanding when it comes to him. I just started going to this office back in the summer and already got more help and understanding then my doctor I had for 6Yrs. I don't drive so the front desk trys to make sure we have appointments together (My Favorite part) I do recommend my whole family to see amber. Also Breanna does amazing at giving shots my worsted fear is shots and she did amazing. To also point on the pharmacy I'm a diabetic and they always answer all my questions and when I have trouble I call them and they are happy to help! 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Husband went and had several fillings done with them and they caused damage to the teeth because the dentist was distracted and began drilling before the assistant was there to cool the drills. And now after requesting his dental records they appear to be making us jump through hoops and to do anything possible to avoid giving us his scans. Keeping in mind this office is a two hour drive one way. We were told we had to go in person to get records but after we got there we were told we didn’t need to sign anything and they could be mailed. But then he had to sign a release form. I’ve been waiting a week to get a call about a test result that was received a week ago. It was confirmed the test was received and the provider will call me. No call yet. I’ve been worried to death about what the results are and I’ve never ever waited so long to get a call back on something like this. I’m switching back to my old primary care. I have other reasons that have backed this decision, this particular instance has been the finishing touch. I can’t recommend this practice unless you need slide fee care and don’t have insurance.
