Company was engaged to complete mold remediation work in a cellar and crawl space. Written quote included include cleaning floor joists, walls, and floors by hand, laying vapor barrier, and applying a sealer on all surfaces. They spent one day and after "completion", I found that no surfaces were clean, finding loose dirt, bird droppings, loose dead mold spores, spider egg sacs, cob webs, and concrete efflorescence throughout, and large areas of crawl space were left uncovered with vapor barrier in the places that were not visible from the cellar. After documenting with pictures and videos, they came out and spent several days finishing the job. It was still not done according to the written quote when they were "done", but I called it finished just to get out of further interactions with this company. Almost got bilked out of a couple thousand dollars.

Nate was quick with answers about the equipment used and what goes on. Nate was professional and courteous. With this being said about one individual I give the company 5 stars for the training they use. We checked the propain connections for leaks behind ourselves "Safety First", and with the many hundreds of miles driven to get to our location, there were no leaks on their equipment. After Slays started the restoration on my home, I was called away to another state because my son was very ill in the hospital. Russ, who was the project manager, saw that Slays finished the job while I was gone. They did a fantastic job. When I returned home, every piece of furniture was back where it should be.
