This guy's neighbor across the street was having a charity yard sale today to raise money for children in the Philippines. The owner of this antique shop refused to let the yard sale customers park ON THE STREET on the side of his business. Mind you, it is a public street, where anyone has the right to park. He went as far as putting these mail totes there to prevent anyone else from parking there.
