JavaTech Mobile Commercial Espresso Machine Repair — Local services in Carnation

Website states that they service Unic espresso machines. The tech we spoke with said that she wasn’t sure if she was able to get pets or not. Few hours later she texted my husband stating that they don’t service Unic’s anymore and no one would come out to take a look at it because they can’t get parts and are not trained for it. When I called back and asked if she was able to take a look just to see if it was running properly she said no, they don’t service them. I said that their website stated that they did, she let me know she would let her webmaster know. She said that she had worked on this machine previously, and then said no one was trained to do it. Java Tech is AMAZING! When I opened my first coffee stand I had no idea about the old machine that was left behind. I called around to see if anyone could come look at it diagnose it let me if it needed to be fixed or if it was even worth fixing. Leah came to our counter as a customer, after lunch she left us a business card for Java Tech, a few months later we gave them a call. We had not been happy the quality of service from the previous two mobile companies we had worked with. Jessie was out within a few hours to assess our problem then quickly fixed the machine, all with minimal disruption to our business. Our older machine was sometimes a bit harder to find parts for but Jessie took the time to keep her running in good form.
