As an owner operator for many years I haven’t seen such a miss handled situation that could have escalated in an altercation. For something so petty. The security and lady in the shack have no common sense on how to treat Drivers. Especially the lady with unnecessary attitude and raising voice. You should provide accurate directions and procedures into the facility. Not just say park outside. Especially when sign posted outside says no truck past the point. I can understand you may be overwhelmed but You must do your job correctly and provide solutions. We have appointments and show up on time. I witnessed a driver so upset because the lady didn’t properly conduct herself as professional which made him lose his cool. This is wrong , Mgmt needs to hire real security to check in the drivers and not over schedule to many trucks. The police had to come to pacify the situation , never come...

In my case I got app at 1400 in this place, first timers like me: 1. Comming btw 10 min-1hr of your appoit. Or the guard send you back to the truck stop. Park ur tk on the curve side, 3. walk to the guard shack and check with them, they give u back your bill with other pice of paper to filled, put everything inside the plastic bag, wait in Ur Tk until the guard give u a door, back in, brake seal put the bkn seal in the plastic bag, afyer you parked walk to shipping office on u right by the door is a box put the plastic bag there, go back to the truck and wait untill they send you a message to pay the lumper, capstone. After paid give couple min.n' go collect your bills..taraaaaa, easy on how long?..all depend, in my case 3hrs are passing since...

Guard were nice and helpful. Don’t show up more than 30min to an hour before appt. They won’t accept you. See more for checkin process.

Checkin:

1. Park on the curb or street in front
2. Walk to guard shack and check in
3. Guard will get you when they have a door
4. Once you dock, put seal in sealable bag they give you with BOL, and paper they give you
5. Put bag into bin at door to right of McLane Driver Entrance
6. they will text you with a capstone link to pay for lumper
7. after they call you for your paperwork. Ring the intercom to get in
8. go to second door and to the window. Give them your door number and you’re done.
