DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered an Apple Watch series 9 midnight 45mm from IPower Resale that took about 2 weeks to ship because I reside in The Bahamas. Once I unboxed my package there was a crack on the screen, the battery was dead, and when I arrived home to set it up….IT IS ICLOUD LOCKED. As far as I know this is a company is ran by thieves and liars! I tried reaching out countless times but the slackers don’t answer the phone or even bother giving a call back. I finally got an email from them about a “refund” but it still was a loss for me as I was charged $90 by USPS. This company should be closed down for stealing peoples hard earned money with garbage.

My experience with ordering through Amazon is so far amazing. Based on this amazing experience, I thought that my experience with agency like eBay and IpowerResale will be similar. I have been proved terribly wrong. We bought an iPhone from EBay and the seller name was IpowerResaleon 1st of November 2023. When we bought, it was clearly mentioned that we have to pay 46$ shipping fee. Nothing was mentioned about customs fee. If they could mention it, we could stop the purchase then and there. 21 days later on November 21 we received a notice from our local Totonto post office that we have a parcel and we have to pay 317$ customs fee otherwise they can not deliver it. We immediately called eBay customer service though accessing eBay customer service is a Herculean job. It is meant for helping customer but in reality it is the most terrible barrier to get any assistance. Looks like some heartless machines are sitting there. Anyway, we were lucky and got a hold of a customer service agent. When we explained our situation, the customer service agent advised us to refuse to accept the item and that way the item will be returned to the sender and we will get the refund under eBay money back guarantee. Accordingly we refused to accept the item. Then our horrible nightmare started. We again called and spoke with two different agent of customer service. One was a Supervisor. Both of the customer service staff reassured us that they will resolve the issue and we will get our money back. One day later we received an email from eBay customer service stating that our matter has been resolved and we will not get any refund. We do not know how it is resolved when we have no clue at all what is going on? Following that incident, we have been trying up until now to talk to any customer service agent but we were not allowed to talk to any one. Each time an automated response stats, “the matter has been resolved and we are unable to provide refund.’ We were asked to contact seller. We contacted seller and the seller said that they have nothing to do and eBay has to settle this issue. Today is 7th of January, 2024. We have not received any refund nor the item we paid for a month and half ago. Both ebay and the seller IpowerResale are indifferent to our repeated request to resolve this issue. We are shocked and speechless the way the EBay and IpowerResale are dealing with our purchase. It looks like we made the greatest blunder in our life by purchasing from eBay and IpowerResale. We do not know if we will ever get our item or the refund from eBay or IpowerResale. The only option left for us is a lawsuit against EBay and IpowerResale.

We are also disgusted by the behaviour of IPowerResale. They are getting their product back but are not answering any messages.

According to Asendia USA tracking number, the item has been returned to the sender on 26th December 2023. Is there anyone in the management of EBay or IpowerResale who can put aside their greed to recognize the frustration and unfairness that we have been subjected to for the last two months? Can you have any semblance of a conscience to resolve this crisis for an ordinary customer who is still waiting to get either the item or the refund though paid in full a month...

I used to be a regular customer here. I have bought computers from them, had computers repaired here, and have referred many other friends, family and clients.

I dropped off an iMac to get a quote on a monitor replacement. I left a brand-new 500 GB Samsung EVO SSD with it and asked them to install it before sealing it up with the new monitor. The woman who works there said that a new monitor would be about what it would cost for a new computer, but if I wasn't in a hurry to get it back they would see what else they could source for me. With the understanding that it would take a while, I held off on contacting them. Having done business with them for years, and having been reassured by Tobias' wife that they were looking for parts, I trusted them and felt that we had a good working relationship, that they appreciated my business and that I had referred customers to them. That was a big mistake. Weeks turned into months. I never received a call or email. Eventually I thought that I would check on it and see what was happening. I stopped in or called three or four times. I was told that they were checking on it. Never heard anything back. Finally I got the owner Tobias to respond to me. He told me that my computer couldn't be located, and that it was my fault.

He said, "I have been looking into this issue for you. Even though we had made every reasonable attempt to store your product and locate it for you. we have been unsuccessful. Company policy is that product that is left for more than 3 months is deemed abandoned, Apple uses a similar policy which I believe to be 60 days. I do not expect that we will be able to locate your machine, this has been more than 1 year and 3 months with no communication about this system period."

Well, they asked me if I was in a hurry. I told them that I wasn't. I trusted them. They never tried to reach out to me. They never told me that anything past 90 days meant that they could do whatever they wanted to with the computer.

Apparently they don't have a way of matching computers in their repair racks with owners. Apparently they just saw that it had been more than 90 days and got rid of it. What happened to it? Was it sold? Cannibalized for parts? Stolen? Is it still in their warehouse somewhere?

After back and forth with Tobias, who came across as arrogant and unconcerned, he said that he would consider it to be "shared fault" and would come up with a comparable computer that he would sell me for the cost of what the repair would have been. Guess what happened? Nothing. I never heard anything back from them.

So because they have shoddy inventory tracking, poor customer service and an arrogant attitude towards good customers, I would highly recommend...

i would not go near this company. The sold me a Leon and will not exchange it or repair it for free. Through amazon,i have emailed them four times telling them my computer died with only using it for college studies for 7 months. i asked Amazon to get involved about this and the seller avoided replying back to me within 48 hours required by Amazon. This seller is of no help to customer problems and sell lemons. On that i kindly asked for an exchange of product as i have a short window to get my computer working as i start college within nine days and all Apple and repair services are slowed down terribly with Covid. With Apple closed means i have to put about $900 out of pocket as two authorized repair facilities had said the issue is with the Logic Board. you would think that when a seller sells you in good faith a product that is close to $2000.00 they would stand behind their product. They wait days before each response even though i stated i have limited time window to get this device fixed as my college engineering Cours of study begins and this computer has all. My summer coding and homework on it. . STAY AWAY. NO Support, and arrogant like, telling me they need to follow policies set by their refund division as opposed to help a college student with no income on unemployment. Since I did not buy extended warranty that it is my problem. Frankly, they SOLD ME A LEMON. THIS IS THERE PROBLEM. THEY WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT HELP. We all know they buy parts wholesale and could solve my problem for a fraction of retail that iI will have to pay. BAD BAD SERVICE!!! On sixth email to them, they responded: I will diagnosed for free, but will not fix it for free. You have a chance of buying a lemon from them.There are plenty of other resellers out there. Pick one that cares. Especially since they get parts for wholesale. No computer that costs $1,700 should fail in 7 months. The unit was not dropped, no liquid was spilled on it.
