I wouldn’t recommend this complex to anyone I care about. Management won’t deal with any issues big or small. They constantly have new people in and out who know nothing and can’t help with anything. Joyce has no business working with people. She is rude, entitled, and hung up the phone on me twice now. I called yesterday 4 times from 10-430. Was told Joyce would call me right back. When I called in the afternoon Jessica hadn’t seen Joyce since she left around lunch. Jessica said Joyce was a district manager but two weeks ago she was a temporary employee when we trying to get our email removed from getting the new person living in our old apartments packages at the drop off box. Joyce said she couldn’t do anything until Lauren returned. Lauren has been gone while we have been trying to get our refund deposit and no one can tell us where our refund is. It has now been 31 days since we moved out and I have 2 written documents stating refund will be returned within 30 days of move out. Corporate hasn’t even gotten the information to write our check yet and says they actually have 45 days to get the check to us. No one is making any kind of effort to answer any questions or understand how frustrating this is after everything we had to deal with the last 6 months of our lease there. This place has gone down hill so fast, the apartments are dated and you will hear everything from your neighbors around you. Constant bugs, mice, mold and maintenance who don’t know how to actually fix issues just cover them up. We had to leave our apartment 6 times in 4 months because of who they allowed to move in next to us. Cps cases, smoking inside the apartment, kids writing cuss words on the bridges to the building that were never cleaned up, 3 men living in the apartment that weren’t on the lease, 2 dogs who looked like they have never been to the vet running around pooping everywhere and barking at your feet, dogs weren’t on the lease nor ever on leashes, constant traffic of questionable people, kids ages 3-5)running through the parking lot and streets at all hours, cops there all the time at that apartment. I was told Jessica would be there Friday July 5 to get our keys at 9am. No one was there at 11:30am after calling and no one answering, we had to leave our keys with maintenance. Rent is way to high for how poorly this complex is managed and maintained. pool has been broken for the past 2 summers. Was closed for 2 weeks at July 4 this summer. Constant people who don’t live at the bridges using the pool. You can find 10x better places to live with...

This is building and community was lovely but had the WORST management I’ve ever seen. They don’t maintain property And they have constant issues with staff leaving. They will leave you hanging and tenants pay the price of irresponsible management or lack off. I have a daughter with special needs and they left us 2 days with no heat in the middle of a snow storm because they didn’t had staff...now they have a lady that writes everything on post it and doesn’t follow up. I vacated with notice received by them on March and vacated the property for ā€œLACK OF MAINTENANCEā€ in July with their consent that everything was ok and turns out now they say I owe them still a month rent. Because there is nothing on my file accepting my notice to vacate since March! The audacity of making tenants pay for their lack of staff and follow up. Despite them being on breach of contract by no providing a fit and habitable condition.

June 2020 Update: I was able to reach an agreement with Regional Manager about my situation. They were fast to respond to my claims. I’m not completely satisfied since I still had to pay despite moving out and having given notice, but I believe they were fair and prompt in the way they handle my claim. The fact that they have more steady staff now, seems to be a step in the right direction. Like I said before, it’s a lovely community and I enjoyed it most of the time. But again to be fair to current management, I experienced 2 management companies and several Managers...

Loved living at Bridges for the most part. Carrie and Lauren are amazing and always willing to go the extra mile. Maintenance crew is very nice and prompt as well. Did have an issue with a leaky toilet above my apartment that was originally just painted over? But once the problem was identified, they were able to fix it permanently. Saw a few roaches, nothing too crazy and kind of expected as I was on the first floor and it is an older building. Think there was some mix-up with my pest control as well so this issue could have been partially my fault as I never got it figured out. My 1 bedroom was spacious but no overhead light or fan in the bedroom which was odd. Bathroom was small and a little outdated but not bad for the price. Gym is tiny but not usually busy, and the pool was a great thing to have in the warmer months. Lots of trees and a gorgeous place to be in the fall. Right down the street from a running trail I loved. Wasn’t a huge fan of the neighborhood but that’s not due to the complex at all. Bridges is by far the nicest complex on this street. Overall, it’s quaint, safe, and good for the price. I’d...
