I have been training with Becky 2x/week for 4+ years. She mixes up the workouts so I don’t get bored and pushes me, in a good way, to keep getting stronger and leaner. Becky pays attention to be sure I am doing the exercises correctly, adjusting as necessary. She has helped me get back into shape after recovering from hip surgery and I appreciate our conversations about eating well. I wasn’t sure I would see a lot of results from weight training but I definitely have seen improvement in 3 months. I’ve been doing a lot of travel including hiking in National Parks and really noticed my ability to climb and recover.
