He repaired our dryer a few months previously, did a good job but was fairly expensive. Called Chuck back to work on washer of same make/model. Explained in detail what washer's issues were, reminded that they had made a previous repair, and Chuck came to look at washer. Can't get parts for it anymore and charged the full estimate, $85 + tax. I could have understood a half charge but no. Complaints were not...
