Conrad's Catering and BBQ Pit — Local services in Carroll Township

I finally decided to stop and try Conrad BBQ pit. I only pass it every day on my way out of Perry County. I'm so glad I did! Absolutely amazing food! And the nicest down to earth people running the show. I could have chatted with them the whole night. They were so friendly. Ok so the food. I can't decide what I loved the most. The pulled pork sandwich was yummo! And their baked beans and coleslaw were spot on!! Best baked beans I've ever had!! Definitely going back to try out their chicken. And ever if I'm having a bad day and don't want to cook I'm coming here. I bet these two souls could snap me right out of any bad mood with their food and personalities. Hidden Gem in Perry county for sure!!!...

The people were nice. We got pulled pork sandwiches with fries and beans, and the fries were the best part of the meal...the pork tasted like it came prepackaged from the store and nuked to a lukewarm temperature, we also couldn't find the BBQ sauce we were asked if we wanted on the sandwich so we ended up saving them with a few packets of fire sauce from taco bell. Sandwich buns were soggy because they sat in the bag while we waited 25 mins (alarmingly close to a busy road) for fries. Beans also seemed to be from a can. Pretty disappointing considering we had driven by a few times when they were closed, and had been wanting to...

Food is always amazing. Tenderness of the meats are always great. Sides and all are spot on. Great personality, Great service. Always chats abit, enjoyable politeness. Let’s you know what and how much they have before ordering so you know. Tells you how long something maybe if it’s still on the grill. Gives you an idea how long till all you’re food will be ready for you. Never had a bad meal nor experience. Has given out an order form for me to take with so I had one plus made recommendations to call meals in ahead of time if I’d like, especially if it comes to the macaroni and cheese since...
