Terrible customer service bought a pair of 260 dollar boot told them about the price match wouldn't do it in store beacuse they were already (on sale) but yet not on sale found them cheaper . Less than a year and the soles rip off my boots I call ariat and they say take them back to the stor and they will exchange them for me and the store will receive store credit for that pair I call them on the way there and there response was to send them to ariat and buy a new pair of boots or go bootless that they would not exchange them even tho it was a manufacturer defect that ariat couldn't tell them what to do in there store if you aren't going to uphold the warranty of the makers of the boot you should not carry that boot ! I will never shop here again and will tell everyone I see and know of this story as far as my thought Barnes store in Carrollton are completely more trust worthy and uphold the respect and great coustmer service that should be given oh yeah and they up hold the warranty of the boots...
