We are Sugarbear Express RV Rentals based out of Springdale, Arkansas, and we had one of our units out on an adventure in the St.Louis area, and they were needing help with a toilet repair. CRS, answered the phone immediately, were on the site within 30 minutes, had the part to repair the break, and the bill reflected an easy payment for wonderful work and service. They helped us on a Sunday, when a lot of places were closed or not answering their phones. Whenever we have any of our Sugarbears out in the St. Louis area, this is the only place we will call.
