The programs, front desk lady, and my therapist are exceptional. They all exceeded my expectations. 2022 is an unexpectedly expensive year. I knew physical therapy could take a while. Because I’ve been there. Unlike Primary Care. You either go every three, four, or 6 months for blood work. Physical Therapy could add up to the same or even more than a simple procedure (w/ insurance).Before I went to Sure Care, I communicated with Sanket online via Sure Care’s website direct text message. I told him about my shoulder pain. After two days, I agreed to let Sanket check my insurance coverage. Cost was my major concern and still is. He told me how much each section will cost me and we scheduled my first section for the day after. Then,Aug. 1, my journey of 8 sections of physical therapy begins with Sankey and follows by Amalia. They scheduled thirteen sections for me. Including final review. I went there once a week for eight weeks (8 times). Today, I began my advanced course at home and will go back one month later for a follow up. Niti told me they will not charge me for the follow up. That makes me feel even better and happy. I don't recall ever walking out of a medical facility happily before. :)I would like to give you guys a little more about my pleasant experience at Sure Care. Sanket started my consultation on my first visit. He did an ultrasound scan on my shoulder and I agreed to take the 3D scan (extra cost) before I leave on my first visit/section. I got the 3D scan report in a few seconds. Two days later, I received my home therapy program.My shoulder was severely painful for 3+ months. Soon I received the assigned program, I immediately started my home physical therapy assignment.Sanket designed 13 courses for me. After 6 courses plus my daily exercise at home (I haven’t missed a day), I was confident about asking for discharge. Because I can move normally and without pain again. On my 8thcourse at Sure Care, we discussed and went through a review about my shoulder mobility and I got my 2nd home assignment via text less than two hours after I left Sure Care. Amalia is a sweet and professional young lady. The moment I walked in the door the friendly staff was there and all safety precautions where in order. I had a car wreck in July that left me with a broken wrist and knocked me around pretty bad so I was sore all over. After my evaluation I was set up to come 3 days a week.. within the first week I knew I was in the right place . There are many offerings as to what you need to get your strength and balance back in check. The massages by Steve are fantastic. Nitti is my therapist ,her knowledge and care is perfect for me . They offer cupping , dry needling and have a super spa room with private spa pods for an intense workout that is the newest craze .. I recommended “sure cure” to my specialists after my visit to see how my recovery checkup . She was very pleased to see how fast I had healed and gained my strength back.
