Sugar Creek Packing — Local services in Carthage

Update: Caves can be tight with a sleeper and a 53' trailer. Sugar Creek has always been pretty quick in and out, especially if you're around your appointment time.

The following is an older review that was posted about my first visit.

I will start with the positives. Just being here was a new experience. Overnight parking and outhouses available. The sugar creek people were super nice.

The map they give is confusing, especially if you've never been there before. The underground area is tight in some areas and can be difficult to maneuver to back up to some docks.

Note: I was a day early so it was late and I was tired when I was called in to a dock. My tiredness may have made things seem more difficult...

This is all Americold property. Very organized place, clean and big. Easy instructions and good communication. There is a good trailer washout just one mile away. Got there an hour early before appointment and got door at same time... I was out in 40 minutes after park on door. Sugarcreek pickup backing is not difficult as i read in other reviews.. its took 5 minute extra if u backup near big pillars. I preffer blind side thats easy there if parking...
