Most of the time a good place and I’m happy to shop there. Today the manager was both rude and unprofessional to me as a customer. It’s the Saturday after thanksgiving, I wait to make my purchase, and when I get to the register, I tease the cashier. I say” boy! Some people will use any excuse to take a day off.” Referring of course to the store being closed for thanksgiving and the day after. The cashier knew I was teasing and just smiled, giggled, and shook her head. But, the manager off to the side heard my comment! He jumped in at me about it. “We shouldn’t be open! If I had my way we wouldn’t be here at all! This is the first Saturday after thanksgiving that we have had to be open!” 1- I wasn’t talking to him, and I had gotten the reaction I’d expected from the cashier. 2- it’s not my fault you are open. It’s not a decision I made. 3-if you didn’t want to be here, why did you show up? 4-you don’t need to attack a customer for any reason, much less with a loud voice and a bad attitude. I’ll still shop there, but that manager needs lessons in customer service...
Read moreNot sure if there is something in the air at this store. The many times I visited this place I never had issues. Today (11/28/23 around 1.30 pm) however one of the employees decided to be rude. I was looking at some bracelets and your employee asked “how are you doing ma’am?”. Mind you I am standing with my back turned to her not bothering anyone. So I turned around and said “good, thank you”. She went “oh not even thank you”, so I turn around again and say “I did say thank you”. After that I just wanted to leave. Imagine if I didn’t assume she was asking me and didn’t turn, she’d probably be furious smh. Even if I did not say thank you, this should not offend you and as someone who works with people all the time, I would never say something like this. Train your employees well. When she was checking me out, she didn’t even look me in they eyes 😭 I made sure to say thank you a few times, hopefully she was satisfied and it...
Read moreI've been so disappointed in this store lately. The prices have gone absolutely haywire. Whoever is doing the pricing at this location is living in a fantasy world. I used my phone to look up sold comps on 25 different items on my last trip here. Nearly every one was priced at or very near full retail price - except the items in THIS store are opened, used and dirty. They have a stereo receiver priced at $1200. Sold comps on ebay go for around $300 WITH the remote that this store is missing. Normally this would just be an annoyance, but during a time when so many people are struggling, it's especially egregious and unacceptable. $55 for a USED kitchen faucet isn't a thrift store price- it isn't even a retail markdown. I'm afraid this location has lost my business. Far too greedy with...
