This past Saturday my family stopped in and these are the items we purchased and highly recommend! Cold brew jug-tried the Cinna bun flavor and added ice and a bit of creamer(I'm a blondie coffee lover), fresh asparagus, sourdough bread( if you don't like strong sourdough flavor like myself this is for you. I even used it instead of buns for my burger), bacon and asparagus(we smoked ours with the bacon and it was delishes), thick Iowa chops came 2 in a package and it fed all 5 of us(we cooked them in the oven on 425 for 20 minutes and they were perfectly moist and juicy) We also got the Tri-tip roast and I smoked it with some olive oil and seasoning. This woman owned business is not only helping to educate people on how a farm works and how the meat you eat comes from a place of love. Truly a labor of love. The meat is high quality and the animals are taken care of as if they are her own children. Farming is hard and having a small business is harder.
