I placed an order to be shipped internationally and was contacted directly by the shop to inform me of the additional customs/ duty charges before proceeding with the shipment. The cost would have been quite substantial, and I was able to work with the store to make alternate shipping arrangements. The store had also offered to cancel my order if I was unable to find a way to avoid the additional charges. I typically do not write reviews online, however my experience at the Self-Esteem Shop was worth sharing with everyone. From the moment I entered the store, I was amazed at how many resources and supplies they had in stock. Their staff was friendly, honest, and very knowledgable. I had an early appointment and one of the owners showed up earlier like me. Things I asked about were all out to look over. The owner gave a tour and offered coffee. I was told I could stay as long as I wanted. So much to see I was afraid I would be overwhelmed but the owner knew where to find it all. Questions were cheerfully answered. I found what I was looking for and got a discount just for keeping my appointment. Highly recommended for all therapists. I’m looking forward to returning.
