This is a family run maple syrup business and what you will never see is the family tapping the trees, running miles of tubing to move the syrup, boiling the syrup to remove the water to produce several different versions of the golden delicious syrup. We met Billy while he was working in the Sugar House and he took the time to show us his operation. Our 14 and 18 yr old sons really enjoyed looking into the big boiler and walking to the sugar collection shed. Great family operation that blends traditional technique with modern equipment.    Read moreStopped by for Maine Maple Sunday - first time here. They had beans and ice cream for those in line to buy some products with their own maple syrup on top - balloon animals for the kids.
They were sold out of some things so I'll be back next year earlier!
Found on Facebook that they were cooking a breakfast this year for the first time, we did not have any but it smelled fantastic when we got there.
