Organic Valley Distribution Center — Local services in Cashton

Arrived at 1pm have an appointment at 4pm. I check in it was a bit busy. Lady lets me check in says no doors available, my your appointment is til 4pm I’ll call you when a door is available. So I take a nap. Expecting a call Atleast before 4pm. So I wake up at its 5:30 pm. Still nothing multiple doors available. So I wait til 6pm. Nothing . So I go check in at office. Turns out the lady that let me check in is gone for the day.. so the gentleman ask if I have a pickup #, I say yes the lady checked me in at 1pm so he checks her desk. Go figure there’s my paperwork with a door 4 on it. Tells me to get a door. It 10 mins to 7pm. Still haven’t started loading.. in my opinion lack of communication between office workers . Or they just don’t have any sense...

Undoubtedly, this was the best distribution center i have ever been to. The courtesy and efficiency displayed by the staff and workers are truly exceptional. Although I arrived ahead of schedule, they loaded me promptly exhibiting a remarkable level of dedication. Furthermore, they offer convenient overnight parking, immaculate restroom facility and a refreshment area where you can indulge in delectable snacks and make a delightful cup of coffee. Moreover, the placement of directional signs leading to their various warehouse buildings, including the shipping and receiving office, is impeccably executed. Thank you for being an exceptional. Tons of space to maneuver even with snow..hang up your keys if you hit something here cause if you do..you don't need to be driving.. Overnight parking okay. Open 24/7 for receiving..kind of a first come first serve. I've never seen them busy..so I get a door immediately when I deliver. Do not take county road P to get here from 90/94..12t bridges and one narrow a** road. Slide tandems back..and back in..they open the doors from the inside. The yard jockey will let you know when unload and loading...
