Westco Home Furnishings — Local services in Cassville

I have to say that Westco in Cassville Missouri is my favorite place to go shop for home furnishings. Mark (Whitmore I believe that is his last name) the store manager and the whole gang (Carl, Jimmy, Sue, Linda and the new guy) at the Cassville location are just super! They are always friendly and very helpful in every way. They respect what you like personally and don't try and push something on you just because they might like it. But they will recommend what they see as a good deal or something that is a great buy or something that they think you might not have seen or thought about. They are my go to store first. I love my local Westco store! They definitely have my 5 star...

Most hateful and rude customer service I've ever had. They don't want to talk to you. They would rather you call the home office. They can't seem to keep their billing right. No matter how early you make your payment, it's a surprise if your not late. If your told your payment is due on a certain day, it's a lie. It's late that day. Good luck!! The quality of the furniture is horrible. I'd rather give double and go to Aaron's or another rent to own. At least you have good furniture and friendly...

Updated 2024 Needing a washing machine was a priority since mine decided to head south. I looked online for what I needed and Wesco had what I needed with a quick delivery date. Shawna was fantastic answering all my questions, she made the check out process easy. Thank you 😊
