There’s a 1 star post from two years ago that illustrates the problem, which still persists today. I had a golf simulator project Troy quoted me for, but that’s about it. I’ve been blown off, put at the end of the priority list, and forgotten about for 3 months now. In that time, I was able to get the entire project finished, while coordinating different contractors. Troy is a nice guy, but does not have a handle on the schedule or new business coming in. He desperately needs an assistant or scheduling team, and is preoccupied by his phone every time he shows up. You feel like you’re talking to yourself the whole time. You’ll have to manage him on your own project and anything he promises you he’ll do. Their quality is good, but the customer experience is as bad as it gets. Until they get this under control, I’d go elsewhere, because they simply don’t have time for you, even if your project was a higher ticket one like mine. It’s not about treating everyone equally Troy, it’s about giving the customer a good experience, following up when you say you would, and not having empty promises. Denver Sight and Sound are the brothers to call when you want a local Colorado family owned business for your, entertainment, home theater and TV installation needs, wants and Dreams. My husband and I just moved to Denver about 3 weeks ago and we just wanted our New TV for UFC 237 for the Thug Rose fight night scheduled in Brazil. What can I say TJ and Troy are the best! But I Might be a little bias because they are my brothers but they also happen to be the owners and installers of Denver Sight and Sound and boy did they deliver. We didn't care when our new TV showed up as long as it was installed before the fight. With their busy schedule, they crushed it and added a Surprise with an upgraded mount and sound bar for us!! This set up is super badass, with 90 degree swivel mount that can allow for viewing in our kitchen during meal prep when we want. And I can't say more than enough about my sweet bros, other than if you want a family owned business, that is reliable, efficient and will go above and beyond to make sure you are hooked up when it comes to technology and entertainment. Originally had a 5 star review for these guys fron a couple years ago, definitely not run the same way currently. Multiple voicemails, no call back. Then finally did get in touch with Troy after the 5th attempt over 2 weeks time. So I get him all this info hr requests, and he just gives me empty promises and the run around with zero response...nothing. you just get blown off like your not worth this dude's time. Totally and completely opposite of how they conducted themselves 2 years ago. You can tell they cant scale or properly grow their business, which is fine but at least let customers know you cant help them I can live with that. Dont give them the run around , waste their time and make up fake excuses. No accountability, Poor servce, unprofessional. Never treat a customer that way. More experiences like this and their business will struggle and rightfully so. I honestly hate having to leave this review cuz they were so good before, but people need to know what theyre getting into now.Anyway I called Altitude.
