Rosemary was amazing. We were celebrating my parent's 50th wedding anniversary, and we were looking into going out to a restaraunt. But, with 17 people and 7 of them being kids, having to sit for a long time just wasn't going to work. After looking at Just in Thyme, it was a quick and easy decision. The hardest part was picking out what to eat from the suggested menu we were sent! First off, the potato croquets appetizer was heavenly; cheesey goodness with an amazing sauce, and there was even two of them! The salad was next and it was dressed perfectly: I hate going to places that have too much dressing on the salad. Everyone was super impressed by the ribeye; I loved the broccolini and potato rosti sides. To top it all off we had an orange creamsicle cheesecake. The kids loved the pizzas that were made for them and enjoyed being able to come and go as the adults talked. Rosemary is amazing! She prepares the most delicious meals - which is no small task considering I need something gluten and dairy free.

We've used her services on two occasions: She prepared a 3-course dinner with my son (who wants to be a chef). She was so patient and really took time to explain what she needed him to do to help. The meal was truly unique and special - and beyond anything I would ever endeavor to cook (arugula salad with duck, chicken coq au vin and flourless chocolate cake - YUM). I know it's an event my son will remember! We had a brunch party at our house for adults and kids...and once again, Rosemary made some of the BEST brunch food - like GF crepes with coconut cream, prosciutto wrapped asparagus with rosemary aioli and spinach and potato baked egg cups.
