Coventry Homes - Davis Ranch — Local services in Castroville

My wife, me & our dog visited while we were in town. This is a brand new community still being developed. The house plans are well thought out. There is a variety of sizes and locations within the planned area. This will be very convenient to transit to and from San Antonio and metro area. There is still farm and ranch land . The area, this gives a very calm and serene vibe. The only thing we didn’t care for is it seems like HOAs are becoming too common in the San Antonio-Austin area. We had a bad experience with a HOA, but some may find it beneficial.

Kay was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant to work with. She asked all the key questions that helped us narrow our search. Kay reviewed all of the plans that fit our requests.
